We encourage families who qualify to apply online for tuition assistance. To begin your application through FACTS and for more information, click the “Apply Online Now!” button below. Please note that FACTS is a tuition assistance application program than we have used in the past.

Tuition assistance applications must be submitted each year if families wish to receive tuition assistance year-to-year.

Once your online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:

  • copies of your most recent Federal tax forms, including all supporting tax schedules
  • copies of your latest W-2 forms for both parents
  • copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation and TANF

All supporting documentation can be uploaded as a PDF online. Documentation may also be faxed to 866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below. Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.
